Оспоренный платеж - это операция, оспоренная владельцем карты или банком-эмитентом. Сумма такого платежа возвращается владельцу карты, а с торговца банком-эквайером зачастую взимается дополнительная пеня.

Причин для возврата много, но самые распространенные - возврат товара, прекращение предоставления услуг, ошибки или мошенничество. Однако, торговцы могут свести к минимуму риск оспаривания платежей, предлагая клиентам максимально качественный сервис.

Узнать о том, что платеж оспорен, вы как торговец может в кабинете Forte E-commerce или получив уведомление, отправленное на установленный торговцем URL.
